The original point-and- click PC version of Machinarium was praised for its beautiful interface and notable lack of any dialogue. I’ll never forget the magical atmosphere created by the graphics in conjunction with the music. I would seldom have more then 10 or 20 health points and was constantly in panic mode. When I came to the water levels I stopped for a while and played through Quake II to build some skill. Which by the by is another of my favorites. Not the least for the music. Still, I greatly enjoyed this compilation. It was very nicely done. Thank you.

There are many ways to win the game, either through global conquest, achieving the highest score or winning the space-race that carries your people to a new planet. It’s a fantastic game that really brings history alive, by weaving real-world developments and buildings into the fabric of a massively open-ended and intricate game. Well k.. XBOX is for gaming and media alone, PC is for gaming + media + anything else.. Well from my experience, only a grpahic card matters if you have a decent machine.

My old PC had 82865G 64MB VRAM and it played ‘Scarface: The World Is Yours’ just fine with low settings. But you have 82845G and it shouldn’t be much different from 82865G so you probably could play but question is, did you even tried running it. Sometimes even though you didn’t meet minimum requirement, you could still play games in low settings. Some games even have mods that let you play games even at low specs, like for example is ‘Oldblivion’ which let you play The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in PCs with crappy graphic card/integrated chip like we have. I could run Oblivion in my old PC without using Oldblivion and without having to use Very Low setting but to use Low Setting instead with few tweaks. Even though 64MB VRAM we have doesn’t have any pixel shaders and vertex it still plays game like Half Life 2, Call of Duty 2, GTA: San Andreas, Max Payne 2, Counter-Strike just fine and I recently find out it could run games like Call of Duty 4 and Left 4 Dead with bit of tweak even though game would have crappy graphics.(I still haven’t tested Call of Duty 4 and Left 4 Dead playing on 64MB VRAM yet but found info about it at Youtube) Anyway try running the game first at low settings and if it doesn’t work then post your PC specs and I’m sure piscianemperor will help you running games with 3D-Analyzer. BTW I remember using 3D-Analyzer back then when I still using my old P4 PC last year and tried 2 games and 1 game wouldn’t work,(actually it did but it was slow)and other game worked fine, so I have 50:50 success rate with it.

I game on a P4 3.0 GHz pc which is abt 5 yrs old now and the only thing i have changed in the past 2 yrs is an upgrade to 2 GB 667MHz ram & a basic graphics card.. the upgrade cost me only 5k.. If I put a GTX 295, it can pump over 80fps in any game, no matter for my processor as all benchmarks including vista gives me above 4.3 though its an old processor.. Processor will only give the slightest bottleneck.. RAM is dirt cheap these days.. pay 2.5k, you get 3gb ddr2 667 ram.. pay 6k, you get a decent GPU.. This is more than enough for GTA4.. If this machine plays Crysis, it will play GTA4 too as I havent got one in hand.. Who told GTA4 needs quad core.. And for an XBOX, once you buy it, can you upgrade it when a new hardware releases other than buy a new model XBOX… The only upgrade you can do in XBOX is add some comtrolers and memory card.. And I havent used a wireless controller, but they are available for PC too and in a wider range’ I dont know abt online gaming on XBOX, it might be good, no comments.. In a pc u need to install games, it cuts the load times. Do you also know that only the installed folder is necessary to play a game.. there is no need for install.. 90% of pCS released 2day has onboard 6 channel audio’ All graphics cards have TV out and good cards have HDMI.. There is no game which degrades a pC.. The pc degrades of people who dont know how to use it.. XBOX is kids stuff.. plug and play without any serious work.. Well if you love to be childish, go have fun, play with your xbox.. But dont say, XBOX is the Best for gaming.. Also why are there majority of pc gamers compared to console gamers in this world….

From there he has to track down Drac’s London lair and, on paying the place a visit, uncovers a nefarious plot revolving around the bloodsucker’s hunt for a book called the Demonomicon of Wliwggi (no, not Luigi) ‘ the recovery of which will unleash a plague of evil spirits on the world, with all the usual downfall of humanity such a thing usually entails. Since it was published at the end of the 19th Century, Bram Stoker’s Dracula has been the inspiration for countless books, movies, comics, stories and indeed Games. Some have been faithful to the original while more have had little in common with the novel beyond a dodgy bloke with pointy teeth and an aversion to French cooking. Dracula: Origin falls somewhere inbetween, with an arch gothic atmosphere and familiar cast of characters: Van Helsing, Jonathan Harker, his fianc Mina, the bug-eating Renfield and other Dracula staples all putting in an appearance.

The plot deviates further with visits to Egypt and later Transylvania but the game’s storyline is gripping enough in its own right and always at least keeps the original Dracula vision in view.
